THE SACRAL HARA CHAKRA – SECOND CHAKRA




Seven chakras are positioned throughout our body, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency, color, and governs specific functions that help make us, well, humans.

This post will deal with the second chakra.

SACRAL HARA CHAKRA – SECOND CHAKRA

Located at the genitals, below the navel and above the pubic bone at the front of the pelvis, this chakra monitors sexuality, creativity, happiness, and reproduction. Sacral Hara chakra is associated with reproductive organs, stomach, and colon. It controls the flow of energy and is the center of gravity & Life Force of the body. It is the reservoir of the life force and all life flows out from the sacral chakra. Gut feelings, intuition, and other “nonlinear” communication come from this chakra.

 

Some signs that the Sacral Hara Chakra is out of balance are:

Emotionally

  • Confusion
  • Frustration
  • You may feel less creative or confident
  • Repression of feelings
  • Failure to feel joy
  • Fear of sensuality or sexual intimacy
  • Bitterness
  • Over dependency on others

 

Physically

  • Eating disorders
  • Fertility problems
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Depression
  • Candida
  • Hip pain
  • Substance abuse.
  • Sexual dysfunction

 

Balanced Chakra

  • A healthy attitude towards sex
  • Creativity
  • Feeling of happiness & pleasure in your life
  • Enjoy yourself
  • Find you are flexible in both body and mind
  • Being content with what you have.

SACRAL HARA CHAKRA – Color

The color associated with the sacral Hara chakra is Orange. Orange symbolizes energy. It is a combination of red (for personality) and yellow (for wisdom). Orange integrates these to help us overcome anger and develop self-control.

All the orange stones – as carnelian, orange jasper, fire opal – are used with the sacral Hara chakra.

Healing and the sacral hara chakra

For healing, Orange crystal healing stones are essential for health and vitality. It regulates food intake. Orange is warm and positive.

Treat imbalance with orange or gold crystals to unblock the energy flow and restore your sense of balance and understanding and appreciation of your place in life, such therapy can be accompanied with scent and sound therapy.

Augment the crystal therapy with yoga exercises that emphasize balance. Engage in creative activities, such as painting, writing, composing, and acting to free up the creative energy, getting out on flowing water and reconnecting with the flow of nature and of course the most useful method of balancing any chakra – meditation

Sacral-focused meditation: holding an orange crystal over the second chakra and focusing on this region will prove very beneficial.

By focusing on the sacral region or lower belly during meditation, we tune into this energetic center and unconsciously begin to open to its potential. Activities between crystals work could include focused efforts on issues of abundance, the things that bring you pleasure, the elements of life that give you joy with other people and often include some form of visualization, whether that involves color, swirling energy, or some other imagery techniques.

More crystals: Amber, citrine, garnet, orange agate, orange calcite, red tiger eye, ruby.

      according to my programmer it isn’t specific to any site but a WordPress compatibility problem in Explorer.
      Unfortunately, I don’t believe that they will fix it, as lately I found out that Internet Explorer Is Officially On Its Last Legs,
