The crystals you buy have traveled a long journey before they came into your possession, they passed through many hands and places, meaning they will have absorbed a range of different energies that they will have been exposed to by yourself and others who may have handled them and transferred various energies and emotions into them. therefore, the first thing recommended, before using them, is to purify/cleanse the crystals. you may have been given a crystal as a gift from someone who may have programmed it, especially for you with specific energies. In this case, the stone may not need this initial cleansing.
Crystal cleansing is the activity of removing stagnant or negative energy from your crystals. It can be done in many ways – from cleaning with purified water to the Moon’s light and many ways in between.
*Crystals used specifically for healing should be cleansed before and after use.
Cleansing
Here you have the most popular cleansing methods and a few others
A Quick Rinse Water
The simplest & common way is to rinse thoroughly under cool running water for a few minutes early in the morning. Natural waterfalls or rain are recommended, a Quick Rinse Water is a remarkably effective cleansing agent for stones, as it washes away any negative energy that they have acquired, a quick rinse is efficient and easy to do.
Note: this method is not recommended for crystals that contain metals such as Hematite, Galena & Pyrite or very soft crystals such as Halite & Sulphur.
Crystal Druse, Bed, Geode/ Cluster
All crystals can be cleansed safely by placing them inside an Amethyst Geode Cave overnight or for 24-48 hours. An Amethyst Druse, Cluster, or Bed can also be used in the same way. A Clear Quartz Geode, Bed, or Cluster provides a faster cleansing process than Amethyst, but both methods are equally as effective. Simply place no more than a few crystals onto the crystal points and leave for anything up to 24-48 hours. These crystal cluster formations (both Amethyst and Quartz) can absorb the energies contained within crystals, neutralize the energies and then release ‘good’ energy from the cluster back into the crystals being cleansed, so they can effectively cleanse and energize at the same time.
Burying
By burying crystals in the earth, we expose crystals and gemstones to the natural and very effective energies contained in the earth. The earth’s energies can remove all negative and unwanted energies from the crystals. Energies contained by the earth can also enhance the healing ability of a crystal in addition to clearing it off from other people’s energy.
It’s also recommended for case crystals have absorbed a lot of negativities, as crystals which used to ease the side effects of chemotherapy treatment, in this case, the crystals should be returned to the earth for long while.
Salt Methods
Non-Contact Salt
The safest salt-cleansing method should be used where the crystals may otherwise be damaged by direct contact with salt or cleansing gemstones found in jewelry or gems surrounded by metal. *
Fill a glass bowl half to two-thirds full with dry sea salt / pink Himalayan /cooking salt, then place a smaller glass container and half-bury this glass into the salt. You can then place your crystals directly into the empty glass. this method will take longer to work than direct contact with salt.
*Use that method anytime you have doubts about specials gems
Salt Water
Suitable crystals can be left to soak in seawater or water mixed with sea salt/ pink Himalayan. Cooking salt can also be used if sea salt/water is not available. You should fill a glass bowl (not metal) about half to one-third full and place your crystals so they are fully submerged in the saltwater for anywhere between 1 to 24 hours, then take them out and thoroughly rinse the crystals in cool running water and sweep off any residual salt.
* Please be aware that this method must be avoided for certain crystals as it can hurt them and even change their appearance and properties! Stones that should not be soaked in saltwater include porous crystals, contain metal, or have a water content, for example, Opal. Stones and minerals that should be kept away from salt include Pyrite, Lapis Lazuli, Opal, Hematite, etc.
Sea Salt Soaks
Simply fill a jar or a glass with a bit of your sea salt/ pink Himalayan, place your crystals over the salt, and then add another layer on top of them. Allow them to soak in the healing energy for 10 minutes, take them out, and sweep off any residual salt.
Again, take care when placing your crystals directly onto dry salt as the salt can hurt certain crystals, as explained above.
The used salt should be thrown away and never re-used.
Energizing
Once your crystal has been cleansed you will need to energize it again so that it can continue to release its own natural vibrations and energies. There are several ways to energize crystals and the most popular methods are as follows:
Sunshine and Moonlight
The natural energies transmitted by the Sun energize your crystals with natural energies. leave your newly cleansed stones under Sunlight to allow them to absorb the sun’s energy, you also can do it under the moonlight for absorbing the different energies from the Moon. The Sun provides a stronger energy, whereas the Moon has gentler energy.
When leaving crystals in Sunlight, please be aware that some colored stones (mostly the Quartz family) may fade over sometime if left in strong sunlight too often, especially some semi-transparent crystals fade in the sun, therefore, do not leave your crystals in strong sun for more than a half of hour or so. To be on the safe side, place in sunlight during sunrise and/or sunset because the sun’s rays won’t be as strong during these times of the day.
Water Energizing
If you are near a natural running river, stones can be placed in an open mesh bag and left for a short time in the natural running water. Running water can also cleanse as well as energize the stones at the same time. *
* Please check that your crystal can emerge safely in water since some should not be left to soak in water as this can have an adverse effect on them. Specifically, porous stones or those with high metal content, as mentioned before.
Crystal Druse, Bed, Geode, or Cluster
as mentioned before.
Programming Crystals
Programming a crystal is the way of getting the crystal to work for your purpose, or renewing its energy.
To program a crystal for a specific use or with specific energies, sit quietly away from distractions or strong electrical devices and external energies, then hold the crystal in front of you, close your eyes, clear your mind and focus on the stone. Concentrate on the specific energy that you wish to program the crystal with, imagine how the required thoughts & energies have been transmitted from your mind directly to the stone.
Note: Be clear and direct when doing this and don’t overload the crystal with different thoughts and energies.

There is a lot of spam all the time,
1.you can use WordPress setting to filter some of the spam
setting>discussion>Disallowed Comment Keys <- here you write each unwanted word or IP, at the end don't forget to save changes, this will move them automatically to the trash. this is a wonderful tool & took me time to find it, but works really good.
