What is a Chakra?
Chakras, by definition, are energy centers within the human body that help regulate all its processes, from organ function to the immune system and emotions. Seven chakras are positioned throughout our body, from the base of our spine to the crown of our head. Each chakra has its own vibrational, frequency, and color and governs specific functions that help make us better humans.
Before we define chakras and explore the meaning of each, it is essential to understand one thing: You are energy. All living things are created by and comprised of energy. The ability of your energy centers to function optimally is what keeps you psychologically, emotionally, physically, and spiritually balanced.

also you can filter the comments by IP or key words and then delete them, or
mark the Author box then delete the ✅ from the real comments, at the end bulk action / mark as spam /apply
